All products sold are perfect stock supplied by the manufacturers directly, and specifications are subject to change therefore without notice as manufacturers deem fit. Price and availability information and details is subject to change without any prior notice whatsoever, and right is reserved to supply different packaged product where the manufacturer deems to change said packaging for commercial reasons. Some brands may be packaged in different livery where the contents of the package are in fact the same.

We supply paper products specifically to businesses in the UK & Northern Ireland, but this may vary depending upon circumstances, to supplying other countries within the EC.

Price and VAT
Products displayed for sale on this and associated websites are for orders placed through our online shopping facility as well as over the telephone and fax or email and in all cases exclude VAT. Product prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. The term "list prices" used refer to the manufacturers / suppliers suggested retail selling price and may not be indicative of the actual selling price. Any reference to "savings" used on this webite or associated websites indicate the average saving off the manufacturers "list price". Your actual saving will vary depending upon the quantity of items purchased and the actual date of any transaction made.

You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you submit your order. Any order submitted by you is your offer to enter into a contract with us. Shortly after receipt of your order we will send you an e-mail confirming the products you have ordered and that we have accepted your order subject to these terms and conditions, payment and availability of the items ordered. A legally binding contract between us will only come into effect when our acceptance is dispatched. We reserve the right to decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will telephone you to tell you so. If your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason we will tell you.

Credit Accounts
When applying for an online credit account with UKPaperOnline.co.uk or any of its associated websites in order to purchase paper online, a check of your record at a credit reference agency to obtain or update our credit information may or may not be made. The agency will keep a record of our search, which may be seen by other organisations that might make similar searches. Delays might occur in processing your order depending on the information that we receive back from the credit reference agency.

Credit accounts are subject to a strict 30 day payment policy, we reserve the right to charge interest at the rate of 1.5% above bank base rate for ALL OVERDUE accounts. Property and title in and to the goods remain with UKPaperOnline.co.uk until such time that the buyer has settled payment for the goods in full.

Delivery Policy
UKPaperOnline.co.uk deliver Monday to Friday only. If you place an order after 5.00 p.m. please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day (mon - fri). In the case of weekend or bank holidays, please allow a maximum of two additional working days. UKPaperOnline.co.uk shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver goods within the projected or estimated timescales; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors beyond our control and therefore delivery times are not guaranteed. All delivery times are subject to items being in stock, in the event of an item being out of stock, all delivery times shall begin once item is returned to stock. Estimated delivery times or dates are not part of the contract between you the buyer and ourselves, and we shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the Products within projected or estimated timescales. Any delay in delivery of Products shall not give you a right to reject the Products or cancel your order. UKPaperOnline.co.uk reserves the right to deliver Products in instalments.

Our free delivery offer* applies to orders over £75 & upto £150 net of VAT, upto a maximum transit weight of 50kg placed on our 2-3 day service for UK mainland customers only. *24 hr UK del. available on orders received before 12.30pm,orders received after this time will be despatched the following day. (*UK mainland and 48hr service only when applied, certain conditions and maximum value / weight apply and may be withdrawn at any time)   Over this weight UKPaperOnline.co.uk reserves the right to levy a charge for delivery subject to approval of the buyer, and in all cases where palleted delivery is involved, a nominal charge will be made. Non UK mainland customers including N.Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and the Scottish Isles must choose correct location and delivery type, failure to do this will result in said order NOT BEING FULFILLED and we reserve the right to levy a surcharge in this event

Delivery will only take place if a full and correct postal code is supplied on completion of the transaction at the checkout stage, failure to do this may result in your delivery being lost, delayed or incorrectly fulfilled; in either or all cases we can accept no responsibility whatsoever for any loss incurred. UKPaperOnline.co.uk will make every reasonable effort to deliver the Shipment according to our own or our 3rd party contractor's regular delivery schedules, but these are not guaranteed and do not form part of any contract. UKPaperOnline.co.uk is not liable for any damages or loss caused by delays. (Please note that under certain conditions the 48hour service may be extended to 72 hours depending on unforseen circumstances beyond our control due in the main to carrier backlogging and general trafficing delays and other irregular problems that may arise from time to time; the 24 hour service may also be extended to 48 hours for similar reasons. In the unlikely event of either of these circumstances occuring, we will take all reasonable measures to notify you either by phone, fax or email). All orders received after 4.30pm mon- thursday will be processed next full working day and after 4.30 pm friday and all weekend (saturday or sunday) will be processed following monday.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
We have insufficient stock to deliver the Goods you have ordered or you require delivery outside the United Kingdom; or
one or more of the Goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information made by us. If we do cancel your order we will notify you by telephone or e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your debit or credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 7 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Stock Shortages
If the paper or product you order is unavailable we will notify you as soon as possible either by phone or email and suggest a suitable replacement,

Claims and Returns
The buyer shall have no claim whatsoever in respect to faulty goods, incomplete delivery or any other defect or transit damage unless UKPaperOnline.co.uk is contacted within 3 days of receipt of goods either by telephone, email or in writing, and no goods shall be returned without prior arrangement and agreement between UKPaperOnline.co.uk and the buyer. No responsibility whatsoever is accepted for any claim or return for any reason other than those stated above, and we will not accept a claim for return or refund without a charge being levied for items that are not faulty, defective or transit damaged. UKPaperOnline.co.uk reserves the right to levy a charge to the buyer in the event of sold items returned for any reason other than stated above, we reserve the right to charge a minimum restocking fee of £15 or 25% of the item’s selling price.To qualify for a refund or exchange in respect of faulty, transit damaged or otherwise defective goods, the product must be returned in “as new” condition and complete with the original box and or packaging. No returns will be accepted whatsoever for split or partly used boxes or opened packets or for items that are deemed by us to be in a non-resaleable condition. All credits exclude original delivery charges .We reserve the right from time to time to waive or alter these restrictions as we deem necessary. You will not be able to claim a refund or return if the goods were a special order to your specification. All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
